I have 31 years of experience in preparing individual and small business income tax returns, beginning in 1991.

In March of 2012, I completed the requirements necessary to become an IRS Registered Tax Return Preparer.

I complete yearly the Annual Filing Season Program Record of Completion by participating in and completing the necessary IRS continuing education requirements related to Form 1040 series federal tax return issues, ethics, and other federal tax law.

I am a member of the Pennsylvania Society of Tax & Accounting Professionals as well as the National Association of Tax Professionals.

Jessica Bylina

Jessica is the daughter of Carolyn who is here on Saturdays and Sundays.   She is the Chaos Coordinator during tax season as she greets everyone, takes the initial paperwork packets, organizes files, obtains signatures, answers the telephone, schedules appointments, and all the while greeting everyone with a smile.
